A space for works by SDE trainees — writers who borrow an eye trained on how things come to be, and, in their own fields, use SDE as a hidden engine while writing in the native idiom of their discipline. Never writing “SDE,” yet SDE throughout.

Ranked by four weighted parts: activity 40% (counted in three-day windows, so a single-day batch does not stack per piece) · number of pieces 20% (a monograph counts as ten papers) · innovation 25% (blind scores only) · disciplinary breadth 15% (effective number of primary fields). The last two are shrunk toward the site mean when the sample is small; students without data take the mean, neither penalised nor rewarded.
